Synopsis

Interior coordinator Kawana Tsugumi (Sugisaki Hana) unexpectedly reunites with her high school first love, senior classmate Ayukawa Itsuki (Iwata Takanori), after many years apart. However, she discovers that he now uses a wheelchair following an accident during his university years.

 

Initially bewildered by the situation, Tsugumi gradually rediscovers her feelings for Itsuki as she witnesses his positive attitude toward life as an architect. “I still like you, senpai, even now,” she realizes, her sincere and unwavering emotions slowly melting the walls around Itsuki’s heart, who had previously declared, “I’ve decided to live alone for the rest of my life.”

 

Just as the two find happiness together, an unexpected incident threatens their newfound bond. What ultimate conclusion will these two reach as they encounter precious connections, overcome numerous obstacles, and deepen their relationship?
