Synopsis

Ryoma and his wife Ayumi run a vineyard together. Every winter, Ryoma leaves the house and fields in Ayumi’s care while he heads to Tokyo for seasonal work. During his absence, Ayumi lives with her mother-in-law, and when she occasionally calls Ryoma, he brusquely cuts the conversations short. One day in Tokyo, Ryoma unexpectedly reunites with Chihiro, a childhood friend he once had feelings for, and his heart begins to wander. Meanwhile, Ayumi grows close to Kusakabe, a younger salesman, and eventually crosses a forbidden line.
