Synopsis

One day, Kuroda Nozomi, a second-year high school student, discovers a letter inside her classroom desk. The sender happens to be Setoyama Jun, the most popular boy in school. The letter consists of just one word: “like.” Nozomi feels embarrassed, but eventually leaves a reply in the shoe closet at school. From this point on, the secret exchange diary begins. However, it turns out that the recipient for the first letter was actually intended for a close friend. Although the exchange diary started by way of a misunderstanding, the two continue to respond to each other, and as she gets to know Setoyama, she finds her attraction towards him growing. As a result, it becomes more difficult for Nozomi to admit the truth about her identity. Likewise, Setoyama keeps missing his opportunity in which to confide in her, and the situation takes an unexpected turn..
