A Human Story That Transcends Time and Space

The story follows monk Yamanaka Rosuke (Kubozuka Yosuke), a solitary ascetic who appears to have fallen under the influence of Master Hanzo, a powerful ascetic who believes in the resurrection of wolves. When Rosuke suddenly goes missing at the home of religious leader, Ajari (Chihara Jr.), Rosuke’s lover Nonoka, requests a mysterious assassin named Shinno (Matsuda Ryuhei) to find him. Guided by the sound of a horagai (conch shell horn), Shinno journeys to the remote Mt. Roso. There, he and Rosuke cross paths in the mystical “Cave of Mirrors,” setting off on a grand journey that transcends time, space, and dimensions.
