Synopsis

Based a novel by Kamon Nanami, which is based on her own experiences.
This film adaptation follows horror writer Minami (Hashimoto Ai), whose world is upended when a letter arrives from old friend Yaguchi Asako. Yaguchi claims that ever since a dare at an abandoned ruin, a string of strange occurrences has plagued their group. She meets with those who trespassed into the forbidden land, partly out of journalistic curiosity — but one soon dies under mysterious circumstances, and the others begin losing their grip on sanity one by one. Before long, Minami finds herself consumed by a terror from which there is no turning back.
