Synopsis

Based on the life of Sakano Haruka, who died fighting a malignant brain tumor at the age of 18 years old. Aspiring to be a manga artist, she falls in love with Takumi, a boy who shares the same name as the character in a romance manga she is working on. However, her tumor reoccurs and as a result of surgery her right hand is paralyzed. However, she works hard at rehabilitation with the support of her family so that she can continue to draw the manga.
