Synopsis

For Ishikawa, Awo no Jyo marks his first film in 13 years since Petal Dance.
 
The story follows Mitsu, a non-regular web designer working at an advertising agency. Although she dreams of having a career that truly moves people’s hearts, she reaches the age of 29 without ever securing a full-time position.
 
As Mitsu encounters new people and reconnects with those from her past, she gradually begins putting into words the frustrations, injustices, and uncertainties she has kept buried inside for years. What starts as the simple act of finally sharing her true feelings with someone quietly sets her once-stagnant heart in motion.
