Synopsis

After losing her parents in an accident at age three, Ikuta Toko (played by Arimura Kasumi) is taken in by her uncle (played by Mitsuishi Ken), who runs a barbershop in Morioka. As an adult, Toko aspires to become an actress and plans to attend an audition in Tokyo.

However, on March 11, 2011, the day before her audition, the Great East Japan Earthquake strikes. Afterward, she participates in volunteer activities in Kesennuma with her friend Han (played by Jiyoung). There, she meets Shimizu Kiyotaka (played by Sakaguchi Kentaro), a Tokyo university student who helps manage the student volunteer program.
