Synopsis

18 years ago, Aota Sayako and her boyfriend Obuchi Hideyuki murdered her parents and chopped up their bodies. He was sentenced to death, while Ayako was sentenced to life in prison.

Several years later, Hashimoto Ryo, an editor, is approached with a proposal for a novel based on the incident from writer Ogura Sana, and while investigating and interviewing the many individuals involved, they soon uncover a shocking truth…
