Synopsis

The protagonist is Shimura Eriko, a career woman working at a major general trading company who excels alongside her male colleagues. Beautiful, highly educated, and from a family home in Setagaya, Eriko appears to be living a smooth and successful life. Still, her one and greatest complex is that she “has no female friends.” Eriko’s secret pleasure is reading the popular SNS diary “Ohyo’s Hopeless Housewife Diary” written by a housewife influencer of the same age. One day, Eriko happens to meet the author of the diary, Maruo Shoko, who lives in her neighborhood. Shoko is also the type of person who “has no female friends.” The two women, sharing the common trait of having no same-sex friends, quickly become close, but a certain incident causes their relationship to take an unexpected turn.
