Synopsis

This work is a real estate mystery based on the original works by Okura Takahiro. The story depicts how Inugashira Kotaro, a man of exceptional memory and deduction skills, solves the mysterious and strange incidents occurring in various real estate properties, including suicide sites, haunted locations, missing person cases, and hoarder houses.

Kamikawa portrays the protagonist Inugashira, a character dressed in black with a yellow jacket, who shows an excessive affection for dogs. He appears before Wakamiya Emiko, an office worker at a real estate company working in a department handling mysterious phenomenon complaints. He appears to not believe in supernatural phenomena at all and is depicted as an enigmatic man unshaken by any situation.
