Synopsis

Asuka (Non) was born to a genius shogi player father. She spent a harmonious childhood with her mother and father as a family of three, but one day her father abandoned them both and left. Asuka lived in poverty with her mother, but eventually her mother also passed away from illness, leaving Asuka alone. Meanwhile, the father who had abandoned Asuka achieved success in the shogi world and basked in the spotlight. Murderous intent began to grow in Asuka as she watched him, and driven by revenge, she entered the world of shogi following a certain incident. She then aims to become “the first female professional shogi player in history.”
