Synopsis

A murder occurs in a residential area in Toyko. Assistant Inspector Goda Yuichiro takes on the investigation. It is not long before an official of the Ministry of Justice gets murdered in a similar fashion, leading to suspicions of a serial killer. Goda suddenly receives an order to not investigate any further, but he is compelled to solve the mstery of this case and begins chasing after the psychopath killer called Marks.

Meanwhile, Mizusawa Hiroyuki a disturbed young man who has spent the last twenty years in a psychiatric hospital after his parents commited suicide is released and moves in with his girlfriend. He is overheard talking about a dark mountain shadow.
