Synopsis

Sakaguchi Kenta (Nakai Kiichi), a member of the Tenso Rengokai’s Iwamatsu-gumi, shoots and kills the boss of the rival Gineagle-kai. Thirteen years later, when Kenta finishes his “duty” and is released from prison, only one person comes to greet him – veteran detective Mukai (Watabiki Katsuhiko). To Kenta, who had imagined being welcomed by many gang members, Mukai delivers a harsh reality check: “You fool. You became a sacrificial pawn.” Meanwhile, Self-Defense Force officer Okawara Isao (Pierre Taki), who possesses the strongest physical abilities, attempts a “one-man coup” demanding the withdrawal of security-related legislation, but fails. Around the same time, Hirohashi Hidehiko (Yusuke Santamaria), the capable secretary to politician Yamauchi Ryuzo (Murai Kunio), is arrested for taking the blame for Yamauchi’s bribery charges. When these three men – Kenta, Okawara, and Hirohashi – come together, Mukai declares: “Now we have three villains with guts, strength, and brains all in one place. Stop enduring unreasonable treatment and do whatever you want.” Thus begins the triumphant advance of the “three villains”!
