Synopsis

Set in “Hinode Enpitsu”, a stationery manufacturer with a long history and illustrious achievements, the drama follows the story of protagonist Hitomi Ren (Matsuda Genta) and his fellow female colleague Mano Naomi as they strive to confront the “modern-day struggles” while seeking to transform the company. “Hinode Enpitsu” was known for its militaristic corporate culture where the voices of sales and product development departments were prioritized, while the human resources department in the management division was consistently overlooked by other departments.

Amidst this environment, rumors began to circulate about a human resources expert being headhunted from an overseas company to join the HR department. Eventually, Hitomi is welcomed, but contrary to everyone’s expectations, he turns out to be incredibly naive and pure-hearted.
