Synopsis

A live adaptation of the manga of the same name. This work is a fresh take on the crime suspense genre, portraying Kubota Tamotsu, a dull university student who steps into Ikebukuro’s underworld as a “tool dealer” handling illegal equipment. The story follows his struggle for survival amidst dangerous characters like yakuza, fringe gangs, and the Chinese mafia, blending moments of humor with intense suspense.
