Synopsis

A legal drama following Fuda Kotaro (Takasugi Mahiro) and Tendo Tatsumi (Kamishiraishi Mone), two lawyers with contrasting abilities – one who can read 100 moves ahead but lacks social awareness, and the other who can barely read two moves ahead but is exceptionally kind.

At the courthouse, Fuda Kotaro, a lawyer who inherited his father’s law firm, unexpectedly receives an envelope from Tendo Tatsumi. Inside the envelope there was a prediction of the trial’s outcome, which turned out to be remarkably accurate. Subsequently, Kotaro and his paralegal decide to hire Tatsumi as a lawyer on a trial basis, despite her lack of legal experience, due to her the ability to read into the future. Tatsumi goes on to solve cases by drawing parallels to shogi.
