Synopsis

The drama is based off the manga, “HOTEL” by Ishinomori Shotaro. Dean Fujioka portrays a general manager who is tasked with rebuilding the established, Hotel Platon, which is in financial trouble.

Since its founding, Hotel Platon has been a symbol of Japan’s luxury hotels and has been a leader in the industry. However, as competition intensified, the company’s business deteriorated. The number of customers has fallen, and the morale of employees has declined. One day, a man is invited as the general manager of Platon, which has fallen into decline. The man’s name is Katsuaki Saegusa (Dean Fujioka). He is a professional hotel manager, and is known as the “Phantom of the Hotel Theater”, who is rumored to appear at unsuccessful hotels in Japan and overseas, and play a role in the liquidation and sale of such hotels. In just a few months of his appointment, he repeatedly appeared and disappeared in various departments and service sites, such as the concierge, restaurant, and wedding departments, and practiced sharp business improvement. Platon is caught in a whirlwind of confusion as the employees raise their voices of opposition. But he had a hidden secret and another purpose…
