Spin-off to Hamaru Otoko ni Keritai Onna.

A story following Katori Shun, who has a crush on his co-worker Nishijima Itsuka and becomes a resident of boarding house “Ginseisou”, and Masuda Suzu, a fellow boarding house resident who likes to observe Katori.
