Synopsis

Kaede is due to be married in a month’s time. She is engaged to-be-wed to an elite businessman and the two are very happy together. However, she hasn’t spoken to her father in over ten years. Despite their estranged relationship, Kaede’s brother insists that she should invite him to the wedding.

Although it seems otherwise, Kaede is in fact a kind-hearted person, and finds it difficult to refuse favors asked of her. She is very sentimental and gets flustered easily. She is also horrendously bad with directions.

After being caught up in some freak mishaps on the way home from a trip, Kaede finds herself stranded in all sorts of unfamiliar places around the country. She meets many people who are in need of help, and who are suffering for various reasons. Because of her nature, Kaede begins to help them, and brings a little happiness into their lives.  To those she touches the lives of, Kaede is considered an angel. But to Kaede, she just wants to go home.

Along the way, Kaede’s experiences help her to discover her “real self”, and grow as a person.
