Synopsis

The story is a runaway love suspense drama centered on Iwai Takumi, a third-year university student living a dull life with nothing to devote himself to except supporting his favorite idol. Takumi is a devoted fan of Katagiri Mio, known as MIO from the idol group AMEL, but is left shocked when news breaks of her romance with popular musician Kaito. To heal his broken heart, he retreats to his late grandfather’s countryside home, only to find Mio seeking shelter from the rain. At her plea to let her stay for a while the two begin living together. But as they spend time under the same roof, Takumi discovers another personality within Mio – an alter ego named “Maki.” When Kaito’s sudden death makes headlines, he begins to suspect… is the woman he loves a murderer?
