Synopsis

Did you know there are beauty salons inside prisons where inmates cut the hair of the general public? This heartwarming series dramatizes an actual beauty salon in a women’s correctional facility.
 
This series is set in “Aozora Beauty Salon” within a women’s prison, following the story of Komatsubara Haru, a beautician and inmate who connects with general customers facing various life circumstances. Nao, who portrays Haru, visited the Gifu Kasamatsu Prison (which served as the model for the series) to carefully incorporate the mannerisms of beauticians who actually work there into her role.
