Synopsis

The original work is based on the web-exclusive comic of the same name. Set in a tobacco shop located just a 2-minute walk from a World Heritage site, this heartwarming tourism drama depicts Kyoto’s famous landmarks and lesser-known cultural customs through the protagonist—a tobacco shop’s poster girl Shindo Yoriko, who is a true Kyoto native that “dislikes outsiders and acts mean” but is “actually clumsy and kind-hearted” at her core.
