Synopsis

Sato Mafuyu begins yet another day of his high school life. With him, he always carries his Gibson guitar, though he has never learned to play it. While he’s taking a nap in a stairwell at school, he encounters fellow student Uenoyama Ritsuka, an avid guitar player who is shocked at the state of his guitar strings. Upon noticing his knowledge for music, Sato asks Uenoyama to teach him how to play. He reluctantly agrees to let him sit in on a jam session with his fellow bandmates Nakayama Haruki and Kaji Akihiko. Upon hearing Sato’s beautiful singing voice, he tries to encourage him to join the band as lead singer. But Sato has a painful secret that he struggles to come to terms with which hinders from accepting this new experience.
