Synopsis

This original human comedy drama follows three young people standing at a crossroads in life, each finding a fresh start after encountering the world of smart agriculture.
 
Actor Nakazawa Motoki takes on the role of Kusamichi Souta, a young man who once worked at his dream job at a game company but quit after just three years. Since then, he has been living as a “NEET” at his family’s small-town bakery, which has become somewhat famous in the neighborhood.
 
Spending his days immersed in virtual worlds through gaming, Souta leads a content life. However, his peaceful routine is suddenly disrupted when his parents announce that they’re closing the bakery to embark on a cross-country journey visiting bakeries across Japan. Forced to get off the couch and look for work, Souta struggles to re-enter the workforce after years of unemployment.
 
Just as he hits rock bottom, fate leads him to an unexpected new path in the world of smart agriculture, where cutting-edge technologies like AI and drones are transforming traditional farming. Through this new challenge, he begins to rediscover purpose, connection, and a new way of life.
