Synopsis

This is Usuda Asami’s first starring role in the drama series, “Choi Tsuri Dandy,” airing on July 4, 2022 on BS TV Tokyo. The series is based on a manga series in Young Champion Comics by Aki Ranta. The protagonist was switched from male to female for the drama adaptation. The story is about a girl, Dan Nagiko, who loves fishing and enjoying life. The screenwriters are Yamazaki Ai and Otani Yosuke. Sawada Ikuko was the head screenwriter. Hiratai Yuji, Inobe Yohei, and Sawada Ikuko are directors.
