Synopsis

Sakuraba Junko is a single English language teacher who has yet to experience a relationship before the age of 29 and dreams of one day working in New York. One day she attends a funeral service at a temple, and encounters a handsome monk, which leads to an awkward incident involving accidentally emptying some ash over his head as he is in the midst of prayer. Though Junko is mortified, she tells herself she is very unlikely to see him again. However, upon being forced to attend a matchmaking session at the behest of her family, she is horrified to discover that the guy she will be meeting is none other than Hoshikawa Takane, the very monk she embarrassed herself in front of.
