Synopsis

This work is a human suspense story that depicts the bonds of a family running a business providing goods and support to people in prisons and detention centers. Deliveries to people held in prisons and detention centers are subject to strict inspections and censorship.That’s where the delivery service, well-versed in the rules, comes in. They sometimes visit the meeting rooms on behalf of those who, for various reasons, are unable to do so themselves. Maruyama plays Kaneko, who runs a delivery service with his family. One day, a horrifying incident occurs when a girl, the childhood friend of his son, is murdered. The family is devastated by her death, but then the murderer’s mother comes to them, asking to send a delivery. As the delivery service provider, Kaneko faces the perpetrator, but with each passing day, his doubts and anger continue to grow. Around the time, he meets a high school girl, who wanted to meet the man who killed her mother. As Kaneko confronts the mysteries of the two cases, his past is gradually exposed to those around him, shaking the foundations of his family’s bond.
