Synopsis

2025 movie based on the song by HY. A new original love story, unrelated to the drama.

In 2003, high school student Minato (played by Akaso) living in Okinawa meets his underclassman Miu (played by Kamishiraishi) at the same school. The two, who share a deep love for music, are naturally drawn to each other and begin dating. Minato, who had almost given up on his dream of making music after losing his mother to illness, finds encouragement in Miu’s words: “Someday, I want to hear a song created by you, Minato-senpai.” This motivates him to move to Tokyo for university.

Two years later, Miu also moves to Tokyo and reunites with Minato, and they start a joyful life together in the city. Minato secures a job at a music company, while Miu diligently pursues her dream of becoming an interpreter. They both wish for their happiness to last “365 days a year.” But one day, Minato suddenly announces his departure and leaves Miu behind.
