Synopsis

During the winter, Yuichi ends up hospitalized due to hepatitis. Randomly he would try to escape to relieve his boredom, but this would result in a beating from his nurse for doing so. While he’s there, he happens to encounter Rika, a girl of around his age, in the next building. He is fascinated by her beauty, but her personality is very much the opposite. She is a very selfish, moody person, but as the two spend more time together and become closer, Yuichi learns Rika’s reason behind her hospitalization; she doesn’t have long to live.
