Synopsis

The story’s protagonist is Komatsu Toko (32), a single hairstylist who has long been distant from romance. Despite being over thirty with absolutely no romantic prospects, Toko is one day asked by her editor friend to help groom a manga artist who is ten years her senior and about to take the stage at an awards ceremony. Toko attends the awards ceremony and reunites with a high school classmate she was once close to. From that day forward, the greatest “popular period” of her life suddenly arrives!
