Zenkoku Meishu Tarumatsu (National famous sake Tarumatsu) Ueno is an izakaya (bar) featured in the fifth episode of Hiru no Sento Zake.
This is the bar wherein Utsumi ate Okonomiyaki Kushi (Pancake skewers) and Mentaiko Onigiri (Cold Roe rice ball) while drinking draft beer before he passed out of exhaustion.
