– Guest Anyone that’s not registered to the site can view Dramas, Movies, Specials, People (actor/actress) details, and News. Subtitle Provider profiles and everything related to Subtitle Projects are restricted from Guests.
– Subscriber Default role assigned to users who first register with the site. Subscribers aren’t allowed to add/edit anything. They can only view and comment if comments are enabled. Subtitle Provider profiles and everything related to Subtitle Projects are viewable by Subscribers.
– VIP Members VIP members have the same access as Subscribers, but they have additional perks like an ad-free experience. Sign up via our Patreon and subscribe to see what other perks VIP Members have.
– Contributor Contributors are only allowed to add/edit their own content, not other’s. Subtitle Projects are automatically published (without review) for Contributors. If you’d like to contribute to the site, please contact an admin.
Users who fall under this:
- Subtitle Providers (Fansubbers)
- Beta-testers
- Content Editors
– Author For News and Blog part of the site. They are only allowed to add/edit their own content, not other’s.
– Administrator Can add/edit/publish their own content and other’s. Responsible for maintenance of the site.
Most staff will be at this level and they are responsible for the following:
- Reviewing/approving/rejecting user registrations
- Assisting users on how to use the site
- Answering questions
- Reviewing and fixing content
- Ensuring content is accurate
