In an interview, Sakai Noriko (39) announced that she’s releasing a tell-all book in December. Sakai Noriko was found guilty of drug charges last November. Her representatives said the manuscript was completed and they hope the book will go on sale at the beginning of December (at the latest mid-December).

Sakai has been silent since her guilty verdict, but she gave interviews to major newspaper outlets at her lawyer’s office. The book is titled, “Sakai Noriko Idol Toshite Haha Toshite,” (Sakai Noriko As an Idol As a Mother) “Shokuzai” (Atonement) and will start selling on 12/2 12/3. Her former management agency, Sun Music wasn’t aware of this book and commented, “We absolutely weren’t aware of this. Since she’s still suspended from any activities, it would be best that this book wasn’t released.”
